| a busy weekend (part 2) |
as i’ve blogged earlier, after the Saturday party at Bicutan, i dropped by The Fort first to get the “padala” from my Tita May in the US . then headed na to Dampa in Ortigas. by 6pm, my parents, w/ lil’ boy, Kuya, Tita & helper arrived na. kaya we went to the market na and bought our fav seafoods. then hubby arrived already from work.
we had shrimps in butter & garlic, crabs in oyster sauce, calamares, baked tahong, halaan soup, pancit & crispy pata for Kuya & hubby, hehe. wow, kakagutom ah. as in super ‘lamon’ na naman ang nangyari, haha, nakailang servings nga ba kami ng rice, hehe.
pagdating ng bill, parang nagutom ako bigla sa laki ng binayaran ko, hehe. yung kinita ko dun sa party, nawalang bigla. hahaha. ok lang, anything for my Mom! =) and joint celebration na din daw yun ng Father’s Day ni Daddy. hehe.
after that, we were supposed to go to Greenhills Night Tiangge, kaya lang, as we were crossing Meralco intersection, napansin ni Daddy na may nakailaw dun sa Pajero nya, oil yata or what, di ko din alam eh. so we decided to go home na lang kasi baka masiraan daw kami. hmp, wrong timing, kainis! :)
so pagdating sa house, we opened na yung package. pinakamadaming nakuha si lil’ boy kaya tuwang-tuwa ang anak ko. and he specially loves the Tom the Builder trucks:

may mga padalang make-up for me, ang kaso, hindi naman ako nagme-make-up eh. kaya ayun, binigay ko na lang sa Tita ko lahat.
btw, lil’ boy gave his gift to his favorite Lola nung morning pa lang. it was a digital lay-out frame of their pictures. Lola was very happy with his gift. =)

came Father’s Day the following day.
morning pa lang, i left lil’ boy’s gift to hubby sa bed. so when they woke up, lil’ boy gave them na and greeted his Papa.
hubby was also happy with his gifts. i gave him a special cupcake while lil’ boy gave him the magic magnetic frame, yung nag-iiba-iba yung 3 pictures nila.
i also gave my Dad a simple token and a cookie lollie with Father’s Day greeting.
then we attended the 1030am mass. after the mass, bought some take-out food and went to IL’s house to celebrate naman with FIL and advanced birthday celebration for Miguel. we also gave FIL the cookie lollie and Miguel his rubber shoes.
after a quick lunch together and konting chika, we hurriedly left around 130pm. hinatid si lil’ boy sa bahay at kinuha na ang gamit namin para nga sa photography service namin sa Valle Verde, as i’ve blogged din previously.
o di ba, super busy weekend, as in lagari talaga kami ni hubby.
atleast we never forget to celebrate good times kahit na busy with work and business. =) |
