we attended the 1st bday party of Zyrch at Mc Do in Bayan, Marikina. we supplied the additional pabitin. as usual, it was short and sweet. kakakain pa lang namin, uwian na agad. owel, late kasi kami eh, hehe.
after the party, we went to Sports Center just beside it at sa Tambay kay Lim basketball courts. naghahanap na kasi si hubby ng venue sa 2nd bday ni lil’ boy. he wanted a basketball theme, since super addict silang mag-ama sa basketball. kaya lang, wala kaming makita magandang venue. we don’t want it in our neighborhood covered court kasi baka daw madaming manuod. but i actually want a swimming party. so bahala na. it all depends kung may budget ba kami for a 2nd bday party?! yan ang tanong! hehe.
we were home by 5pm at pinatulog ko na si lil’ boy. me gimik pa kasi ako eh. =)
i left the house around 7pm. christmas party naming 3 ng best friends ko. i was at Seaside Ortigas already by 730pm, followed by Bodj. so namalengke na kaming 2 while waiting for Jing. by 8 pm, we were all eating the yummy buttered garlic shrimps, calamares, baked tahong w/ cheese and ensaladang mangga. hay, just remembering made me hungry! =) we gave our gift to Bodj, yung Havaianas na binili ko sa Rustan’s nung 12/29. binayaran na din nya yung drums na gift nya kay lil’ boy. gift nya na ako ang bumili, hehe.
after that, as usual, dapat Starbucks kami. kaya lang, nagyaya si Bodj na mag-comedy bar. gusto daw nya panoorin si Gladys, eh kami din. tsaka gusto ko din sila Jose and Wally. feeling ko masaya yun, parang Bulagaan, haha. so, we planned to look for them. swerte nman at 1st stop namin sa Zirkoh Greenhills, we saw their names na. pero wala nga lang si Gladys. so by 10pm, we were laughing our hearts out already sa mga gay performers pa lang. so bastos kaya so funny, hahaha. their primetime was at 12mn pa, dun pa lang lumabas sila Jose, Wally & Jimmy. honestly, mas natawa pa ako dun sa mga gay hosts. kasi walang ginawa sila Jose kundi mag-caroling sa mga foreigners eh. though enjoy pa din naman, kasi enjoy kasama mga best friends ko! pero mas enjoy sana ang “live bulagaan” kung nandun si Bossing, hehe.
we left Zirkoh at 130am. and i arrived past 2am. tulog na mag-ama ko.
i really missed this kind of gimik. this is my 1st time na inabot ulit ako ng madaling araw sa daan from a gimik. usually kasi, early na ang uwe ko kasi my baby’s waiting for me pa eh. but since medyo malaki na sya (huhuhu!), nakapag-adjust na ako ng oras kahit konti. i think the last time we went to a comedy bar eh buntis pa yata ako nun, more than 2 years na din yun noh. and i miss the gimik and coffee time with my friends, yung tipong i can go home whenever kasi wala akong inaalala. good thing i had enough of those when i was still single, super na-enjoy to the max ko na lahat yun nuon. kaya now, though i missed it sometimes, i still wouldn’t trade any barkada event or any amount of frap to quality time with my family. =)
anyway, i just missed the nightlife kaya i was so contented. |
