| party boy |
last weekend, we attended 2 birthday parties.
sat - 8th Birthday of Patrick
patrick is the only child of hubby's barkada. it was held sa Rancho Estate Hall sa Marikina. lil' boy had a great time watching the acrobats and unicyclist. bad thing me problem ang aming digicam so wasn't able to take pics. aliw din kasi it was the 1st time for lil' boy to join the pabitin, syempre kasama tatay nya, hehe. the souvenirs were personalized clock and personalized cd of "High School Musical". sobrang daming food and the lechon was yum-yum! sulit din ang sorbetes dahil naka-ilang balik kami, kahit na super lamig na dahil sa lakas ng ulan.
sun - 1st birthday of Danielle
danielle is the daughter of laura ni jon, a n@wie and officemate. i was supposed to decorate this party. we were already planning about this months ago pa. naaliw pa ako kasi Hello Kitty ang theme nya. eh i just love HK, as in! =) she was eyeing Dad's Makati as the venue before, so mega check na ako sa venue. kaya lang i told her nga na maliit ang place for her 150 guests. so hanap pa sya ng ibang venue. hanggang sa wala na syang makitang available venue and settled for their church na lang which is in Better Living, Parañaque. hay, feeling ko sobrang layo na nito, may toll na kasi eh, hehe. at dahil sa tingin ko eh mas mapapamahal lang sya sa akin coz the gas (fr marikina) and toll would be an additional charge, i just advised her to look for a party shop w/in the area na lang. =( we just did the tarp priniting of their backdrop.
so party day came, thank god it's sunday at walang traffic. at dahil sabi nila eh 1st exit lang naman from SLEX at napilit na din nila joyce (n@wie), pumunta na din kami. we were there past 3pm, 30mins lang ang travel time from marikina. good thing we attended kasi daming party perks. =)
 
got magnet cards from Konsepto ni meme (n@wie) and bracelet and phone tag from Gaboodings ni raquel (n@wie also).
also met joyce, a n@wie online friend. side kwento: her son trey is of same age with my lil' boy and trey celebrated his 1st bday last mar16 at Bounce. when i checked out his bday pictures, naaliw ako kasi Pooh din ang theme nya at same sila ng Pooh polo ni lil' boy nung bday din nya, different colors nga lang. haha. so napagkasunduan namin ni joyce na mag-uniform sila sa party ni danielle, hehe. sayang di masyado nakita ang kanilang mga polo. =)

abbie and mike with jm and their 4wk old baby mikaella were there also. laura was asking me kung anong i-label sa table namin, sabi ko either "n@w" or "milking moms" na lang, kasi lahat kami still breastfeeding eh, hehe. sabay-sabay nga kami dun sa table ngpapa-bf during the party, kaaliw! =)
we got the incredibles lunchbag as souvenir. i wanted to get the hello kitty for me instead, hehe.
we left at around 7pm already and had a great time!
we really love parties! at bukas naman ay party na ni andres ni pam. kami ang mag-decorate nun, gudlak sa amin! =) |
