| baptism x 2! |
last may 26, sat, i had 2 baptism parties.

1st - Gaby's baptism, daughter of my barkada Che
ceremony - St. Pul of the Cross Church, Marikina City. 11am
celebration - Barrio Fiesta, Marcos Hi-way. 12nn
luckily, i wasn't the ninang anymore, because the whole barkada is ninang na ng 1st born nya. pero mas mahal pa yata yung naging gift ko ngayon na hindi ako ninang at hindi man lang ako naka-attend at nakatikim ng crispy pata, kare-kare at lechon!
paano naman, super big discount yung balloon nya noh, as in!!! :)
she got the following items from me:
invites
pillow souvenirs to godparents
alcogel souvenirs to guests
mallow lollies for the kids
entrance balloon arch
i set it all up w/ my assistant at 10am, while my other assistants were home naman inflating the other balloons for my 2nd party in the afternoon. che and i wasn't able to meet na because we immediately left after the set-up.

2nd - Santino's Baptismal, son of my e-friend Aleli
ceremony - Sanctuario de San Antonio Parish, Makati City. 4pm
celebration - Makati Sports Club (Ayala Hall), Makati City. 5pm
we left the house around 12nn, o di ba, super marathon. arrived at Makati Sports at 1pm and started with the set-up. medyo complicated ang set-up because we had to get up the super long ladder just to reach the super high ceiling. :) and puro helium-filled balloons pa sya, kaya demanding ang set-up. we were able to eat a quick lunch past 2pm na, nalimutan na namin ang gutom. we finished the entire set-up, including the special choco fountain, around 430pm na. sobrang tiring, but very well worth it. all the waiters and the people there were complimenting the decors. even the cake supplier said "WOW" pagpasok nya ng venue, hehe. i received a number of inquiries from the guests too. and syempre, pinaka-importante, the mother was VERY HAPPY with the turn-out, she even texted me that after the party. :)
we stayed until the party was over, kasi nga we managed pa our choco fountain, na simot-sarap din, hehe.
it was a successful party, very elegant, very Aleli! :)
